This solve some problems with loose connection of Eport-E20
The Eport-E20 gives regular "Connection closed by foreign host." by TCP server protocol.
Reason for that can be:
- The remote host is shutting down.
- The remote host is experiencing a network problem.
- The remote host is running out of resources.
- The remote host is being attacked.
Shutting down is not a reason.
Network problem can be against your network, they are not al the same.
Running out of resources!
Being attacked can also within your network.
What I have done:
I made the buffer size from 512 to 1400.
The P1 signal is Telnet.
The TCP-Server protocol has changed to TelnedD protocol.
After that the signal out was stable and has no errors anymore for several month's.
What to do:
First save the config.xml you need.
Go to the IP from your P1 Reader.
Login with admin / admin
Go to Others and Backup/Restore Configuration and Choose File.
Here you have to select your new config file.
The Eport-E20 restart automatically after the upload.
Now you can set a fixed IP again.
I you upload a new config file all settings are reset to default you have to set a fixed IP again, the NAT will automatic Enabled.
With this python script you can Disable NAT again: JMDPatch.py)
Use python JMDPatch.py IP
IP is ip of your reader.
